Notch wire elements are made from specially processed (rolled) fine stainless steel wire (SUS304, SUS316L, etc.) wound around a cylindrical filter frame, allowing extremely precise setting of filter channel dimensions due to their simple construction and strong shape . Moreover, there is no corrosion or deterio ration, and the impurities attached to the filter element can be easily removed by backwashing or blowing, so there is no need to replace the filter element, and its lifespan can be said to be semi-permanent.
