SINFT coalescing filters are used for higher levels of separation compared to other purification and filtration systems. These filter elements separate immiscible liquids (liquid-liquid coalescer) or liquids from gas streams (liquid-gas coalescer) and ensure the removal of 99.99% of solid particles, keeping fuels and liquids free of particle contamination and free water.
SINFT offers Pall®, Hilco®, and Parker® replacement coalescing filters, which feature unique filter material cartridges and a special design that allows increased load capacity with fewer circulating cartridges in your system.

Coalescing Separation Principle
SINFT coalescing filter elements separate liquid aerosols such as water and oil from air or gas streams. The elements have a hydrophilic core to condense liquid aerosols into droplets that are large enough to be drained away via gravity.
Coalescing filters are a dual-function product: they also remove submicron solids, providing comprehensive contamination control in one filter element.

Oil & Gas Coalescers — SepraSol Plus
SINFT Corporation's staff of research scientists and engineers have designed coalescers that change the way gas streams are conditioned. The SepraSol Plus media can process several times more liquid per unit area of media than conventional media and often eliminates the need for upstream bulk separation equipment such as mist eliminators and vane separators.
PECO Gas Coalescer Cartridges
PECO gas coalescer cartridges work on a principle referred to as Saturated Depth Coalescing. This allows liquid droplets to collect and saturate the pores within the media depth then grow to their fullest potential. The droplets then drain with gravity when they reach a certain size.
These liquid droplets often take with them solid contaminant particles, as well, causing a "self-cleaning" effect within the depth media matrix — extending filter life and maintaining performance.
Oil Mist Eliminators — Demister Cartridges
Demister cartridges utilize an inside-out flow to trap the oil from the air stream and return it to the oil reservoir for reuse. The resulting clear air can be safely released into the atmosphere with no environmental impact whatsoever.
Oil mist eliminators achieve 99.97% total emissions removal with less than or equal to 5 ppm carryover, handling liquid loadings up to 5000 mg/m³.
Fuel & Lube Oil Coalescers
Coalescing filter elements are used to separate immiscible liquids such as water from fuels and oils with different densities. In this role, they can provide dry, particulate-free jet fuels, diesel fuel, turbine fuel, lube oil or insulating oil.
SINFT replacement coalescers are designed to fit standard Pall® and Hilco® housings, ensuring easy upgrade and compatibility.
