SINFT provides high pressure filter cross-reference products that can be applied and installed between pumps and critical hydraulic components such as cylinders, motors, and valves — protecting these critical components from catastrophic failure.
Our high pressure filter program covers a full range of pressure ratings from 2000 psi to 6500 psi, suitable for the most demanding hydraulic circuits in industrial, mobile, and mobile equipment applications.

High collapse filter elements are rated up to 3000 psi / 207 bar differential pressure before collapsing — designed specifically for non-bypass servo valve and proportional valve applications where zero bypass leakage is critical.

SINFT high pressure filters use three primary filter media types to meet different application requirements — from standard hydraulic circuits to high-water-content fluids.
Synthetic Glass Fiber
All DT filter elements use glass fiber media with an acrylic-based resin system — providing the ultimate in chemical compatibility for hydraulic filtration.

Water Absorbing Media
Special water-absorbing filter media captures free water from hydraulic fluid, protecting sensitive components from corrosion and hydraulic oil degradation caused by water contamination.
- 9600 series @ 25 psid absorbs 130~300 ml water
- Protects against water-induced corrosion
- Extends hydraulic component service life
- Applied in W350, HPK03, FPK04, HPK04, W451
Wire Mesh Media
Stainless steel wire mesh provides robust coarse filtration for pre-filtration stages, protecting finer filter elements from large particle contamination and extending overall system life.

Filtration Accuracy — ISO 16889 Standards
All SINFT high pressure filters are tested to ISO 16889 multi-pass standards. The β₅(c)=1000 rating means 99.9% of particles at the stated micron size are captured on a single pass through the filter.

Seal Materials & Fluid Compatibility
SINFT high pressure filters offer two seal material options to cover the full range of hydraulic fluids from standard petroleum-based oils to aggressive phosphate ester and water-glycol fluids.
Fluorocarbon (Viton®) — Standard
Standard on all DT filter elements. Fluorocarbon seals provide outstanding resistance to heat, oil, and chemical attack. Required for:
- Phosphate ester fluids (Skydrol, HyJet, etc.)
- Diesters and synthetic ester oils
- Water-glycol fluids (HWCF) above 150°F / 83°C
- Water/oil emulsions above 150°F / 83°C
Nitrile (NBR) — Standard on W-Series
Standard seal material for W-series filters. Suitable for petroleum-based hydraulic and lubricating oils at normal operating temperatures.
Warning: When filtering phosphate ester, diester, water-glycol, water/oil emulsions, or HWCF fluids at temperatures exceeding 150°F / 83°C — Fluorocarbon (Viton®) seals are mandatory. Failure to use correct seals will result in rapid seal degradation and potential system contamination.
Quality Control & Testing Standards
Every SINFT high pressure filter element undergoes rigorous multi-point quality inspection and performance testing before shipment — ensuring reliable protection for your critical hydraulic components.
ISO 16889 Multi-Pass Testing
All filter elements tested to ISO 16889 multi-pass (MP) standards — the most rigorous and reproducible method for verifying filter efficiency and β-ratios.
Static Burst Pressure Test
Every filter assembly is pressure-tested to verify structural integrity at extreme overpressure conditions. HPK04 reaches 17,000 psi / 1173 bar rated static burst.
Fatigue Pressure Rating
W350, W451, and W620 series filters are designed with fatigue pressure ratings for mobile equipment applications with cyclic pressure loading.
All SINFT filter elements are 100% performance tested before shipment. Bypass valves undergo surface carburizing treatment at critical contact points for extended durability. Filter batch numbers are fully traceable for quality assurance.
