Portable Oil Purifier Cart
The MFB series portable oil purifier cart is a movable hand-push filter device suitable for hydraulic, lubrication system refueling filtration and bypass circulation filtration.
1. Technical Description
- Three flow specifications: 20L, 50L and 100L
- Suitable for: hydraulic, lubrication system refueling filtration, and hydraulic lubrication system bypass circulation filtration.
- Motor & Pump: ABB motor + helical gear oil pump combination, and the oil pump is equipped with a safety valve as standard
- Suction Filter: Straight-through suction filter, equipped with a bypass valve to protect the oil pump, opening pressure -0.5bar
- Filter Element: High-precision inert inorganic fiber filter element, βx≥200, and the highest precision is 1μm, equipped with a bypass valve for protection, opening pressure 6bar
- Quick Opening: Fine filter quick opening design
- Exhaust & Drain: The fine filter is equipped with exhaust plug and oil drain plug
- Operating Pressure: The maximum operating pressure of the equipment is 12bar, and the lift can reach 20m.
- Electric Control: The electric control box has phase sequence protection function.
- Pressure Gauges: There are pressure gauges for both oil suction and oil discharge to monitor the clogging of the filter element.
