Single layer sintered mesh:
Sintered wire mesh filters are tightly joined together by diffusion to form a permanent geometry, pore size and filter grade.
Features: A layer of stainless steel woven wire mesh is an alternative to low-cost screen filters, and does not require a sealing method according to its structure. Common shapes are discs, rings and simple cylinders.

2-3 layers of sintered mesh:
Sintered Dutch woven mesh has good mechanical strength and medium pore size. The filter layer with the required pore size is sandwiched between the outer and inner protective layers.
Features: Very suitable for manufacturing pleated cylindrical filters or candle filters and sintering discs.
5-layer sintering:
The wire mesh places the single-layer fine woven wire mesh that determines the filtration between the two protective layers of the thicker woven wire mesh, and then these three-layer wire meshes are sintered together with the two supporting layers to improve stability.
Features: 5-layer sintered wire mesh laminate has a broad field in the chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and transportation fields. It is used for liquid and gas filtration, fluidized bed, etc.
6-layer sintered wire mesh:
The 6-layer sintered wire mesh laminate has an additional drainage effect compared to the 5-layer wire mesh.
